Easter Sunday...

DRESS: Nordstrom / SHOES: ASOS (similar here & here) / BAG: Sole Society / SUNGLASSES: ASOS / EARRINGS: 7 Charming Sisters

Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful Easter! Mine consisted of Cadbury eggs with breakfast and a big family party. I also love social media on holidays because I get to see all the kids reactions to their Easter baskets. I love seeing all the different traditions families have when it comes to holidays. So thank you social media for that reason.

I have been so excited to share this dress! I have seen it so many times for the past year and have been dying to have my hands on it. So it was my Easter present and I couldn't have been more thrilled. It is the perfect feminine dress with lace details. Online it shows they only have the navy color (which made me a little disappointed), but I called Nordstrom and they had it in store and they had a bunch! So I would check with your local Nordstrom if you are wanting to get your hands on it.

Easter is one of my favorite times of year. We get to remember and focus on our Savior and spend lots of time with family. If you would like to learn more about my beliefs and the importance of Easter to me, I would invite you to visit lds.org.

After we attend church we always get together as a family and eat lots of treats. My parents have a big horse pasture behind their house where we hold our annual Easter egg hunt. We have a ton of little kids so the pasture is usually covered in candy. COVERED. So the kids go crazy. We also hide golden eggs that are filled with money. So those usually go fast. It is probably my second favorite holidays.

I hope you had a wonderful Easter spent with family or doing something fun!
Do you have any fun Easter traditions?

  1. Gorgeous dress and pics! I love lace! We did the city Easter egg 'hunt' and then did a smaller one for our kids just in our backyard.
