Transitioning To Fall: Favorite Black Shirt...

SHIRT: Shop Stevie (Lindsay Thomas) / PANTS: Pacsun / SHOES: Forever Young Shoes / BAG: Amazon / HAT: Aeropostale / BRACELETS: Charming Charlies (one, two) / LIPS: A Boo by Colourpop

I love when it starts to cool off and I can bring out my fall wardrobe. Sometimes transitioning into fall can be difficult. Luckily this top from Shop Stevie is making it so much easier! It is the comfiest shirt I have ever owned and I have worn it more this past week than I like to admit...plus it goes with just about everything.

I got the shirt from my dear friend Lindsay! She is a Shop Stevie distributor and always has the cutest things in stock. She is located in Utah county and is the best to work with! If you are near Utah County I highly recommend getting a hold of her and taking a look at her collection! But she can also ship to all locations. So definitely check out what she has in stock.

Also can we talk about the lip color I am wearing? It is my favorite nude I've ever worn with the perfect pink hue. I have never owned many hats, but I have tried to branch out and get a few because I absolutely love them on everyone in the fall. Cant wait for everything fall!

What are some of your favorite transitional pieces for fall?

ColourPop: Ultra Glossy Lip...

I have been a big fan of ColourPop for awhile; so when they came out with their Ultra Glossy Lips I knew I had to get my hands on them. Because let's be honest, I love the look/colors of their Ultra Matte Lips, but they end up making my lips feel like the Sahara Desert. {As I frequently tell my husband when I wear them.} I love them and wish I could wear them for long periods of time, if you can, more power to you.

I am a big chapstick wearer and hate having dry lips. So if something is gonna stay on my lips for more than 10 minutes you better believe its gonna feel good. I didn't purchase the whole collection because I know I wouldn't wear them all. Even though that green and gray are pretty unique.

My only fear about buying them was that they were going to end up being sticky, and I hate sticky lipgloss. My hair ends up getting caught in it and I feel like the only way it's going to come off my lips, is if I cut it off. But let me tell you, the ColourPop Ultra Glossy Lips are amazing! They feel like butter and are 100% not sticky.

They come in a few different consistencies: Sheer, Creme & Metallic. I bought a few of each and ended up loving them all! Even the metallic ones, which have a beautiful sparkle to them.
Metallic: Tight Fit, My Jam, Wolfie

I have tried all of them on and love all the shades. My favorite is probably Fairy Floss, just because it is the perfect nude lip and gives me a little bit of something with every outfit. I recommend trying them out! They come at a great price and are definitely worth it.

Let me know if you've tried them and what your favorite colors are!
I always love a new lip product.

Pink Wall Birthday Shoot...

SKIRT: H&M, sold out (similar here & here) / SHIRT: Forever 21, old (similar here & here) / SHOES: ASOS / EARRINGS: Charming Charlies (40% off! I paid $2.80)  / LIPS: Highball by Colourpop / CAKE: The Cherub by The Chocolate

I turned 23 on Friday and wanted to do a fun birthday shoot post! Luckily I have the best husband who takes great photos. Plus he ordered me my favorite cake, so I had to have it in the pictures. One thing you must know about me is I don't really like cake, but The Chocolate makes 'The Cherub' which is to die for. I only have it on special occasions because I would otherwise end up eating it for breakfast everyday.

I saw this pink wall on The House Lars Built and decided it was perfect for birthdays! (FYI if you are wanting to take pictures at the pink wall, it is at Blue Boutique in downtown SLC. And it is definitely frequented by many people. haha)

For my birthday I was totally spoiled. Colin took me out to breakfast for chicken and waffles at Topgolf. Then he took me to Park City and we rode the Alpine Coaster, shopped at the outlets, and had dinner at the delicious Grub Steakhouse. Of course we have to have all my favorites for my birthday: chicken & waffles, shopping, steak, chocolate cake.

Also thank you for all the wonderful birthday wishes!

Blush Lace Dress...

DRESS: Simply Sage Market / SHOES: Poppy & Dot / BRACELETS: H&M, old similar HERE / LIPS: Solow by Colourpop / NAILS: Butler Please by Essie

So I have seen these gorgeous lace dresses everywhere and instantly fell in love. My sister Emily had the white one for her wedding luncheon and I knew I had to get my hands on one. I got mine from Simply Sage Market and it definitely has become my favorite summertime dress. It is also perfect to transition into fall as well. The thing I love about it so much is that it is comfortable beyond belief, and it can be worn dressy, or casual.

Since I love this dress and Simply Sage Market so much you can get 20% off using the code: PENNY20. It goes until the 23rd of August! So you don't want to miss out!

Here are a few of my favorite things from their shop to check out:
